PART REFERENCE: Airbrake

The airbrake is a like a flap that deflects into the slipstream in order to increase the drag.  It is useful for slowing down or to help prevent overspeeding a dive.

equiv_drag_area = surface area of flap in square meters
deploy_rate = degrees per second
num_notches = how many positions does the flap have? (usually only 2)
extend = maximum airspeed for deployment of each notch (m/s), separated by a comma
retract = maximum airspeed for retraction of each notch (m/s), usually 20% faster than extention speed, separated by a comma
angle = angle of each notch in degrees, separated by a comma
sound = path to sound effect file
overspeed_sound = path to sound effect file
