A new version of the Targetware software, 0.57, is available for download and online play. The servers have been updated to 0.57, and new datapacks are available for TR and TK. Among the new features in 0.57:
- Autopilot. 2 modes, full auto, and wings-leveler
- Many optimizations, it will run faster on most systems
- 3D clouds
There are many other new features, and LOTS of bug fixes, check the list below if interested.

Targetware General Aviation Mod
This is a test mod with a Cessna 172 and a Sukhoi-31 Acrobatics plane. So if you want to compare a stable aircraft to an unstable aircraft, this mod might be of interest to you. No guns, so there is no online server, but any player could host a multiplayer session if desired. You can download it via the in-game Download Mods feature (it will also be available soon for browser-download).

Added a full featured autopilot.

Fixed a big in dir2dds that caused a directory to be skipped on an error.
Fixed G-induced head movement.
Improved flexgun performance with large numbers of ground targets.
Fixed a bug that caused engine volume to change on engines with no throttle control.
Added rotary engines.
Fixed a bug that caused multiple animation paths to conflict on visibility.
When an ord group is emptied, the first available group is now automatically selected.
Flexguns can now change targets before the current one is out of view or destroyed.
Added support for MSFS style FS70 compressed BMP textures.
Mesh files now pay attention to all specified materials.
Custom GEO meshes can still be created that ignore materials for textured surfaces.
External view availability can now be controlled on a per-plane basis.
For external view, servers can now never allow, allow per-plane, or always allow.
The .time command now works on servers for admins.
Changed fog mode to square exponential instead of linear.
Improved sky rendering.
Added location debug output when not flying.
